The 18 Watt 1974X ™ is a reissue of the 1974 that was built between 1966 and 1968.Like the original, the 1974X is a tube amp, hand soldered, with an aluminum chassis and a tremolo circuit.It has two channels, the first being a tremolo channel with controls for volume, tone, speed and sensitivity, the second with volume and tone.The special 12 “Celestion G12M-20 greenback speaker of the 1974X has been artificially aged to bring it as close as possible to the vintage sound of the 1974.
