Fender Custom Shop Jazz Bass 1962 Heavy Relic Shell Pink

Here's a fantastic 1962 J-Bass Reissue from Fender's Custom Shop in the custom color "Shell Pink." Like everything we've received from the Custom Shop recently, this instrument also impresses with the quality of the tonewoods and craftsmanship. This bass simply sounds and feels great!
The example shown here features a rift-sawn maple neck—master builder Vince Van Trigt's preferred maple species for its stability and tonal qualities. All the other components are equally top-notch: a 2-piece alder body, nitrocellulose lacquer finish, an authentic "60s J-Bass U" neck profile, and the finest AAA 9mm "Sorted For Dark" rosewood fingerboard.
