#Fender Custom Shop Telecaster 1959 & Champ 1X10” Journeyman Relic “AGED BLACK”

Description

A Fender Telecaster in combination with a Fender Champ – an often used recording setup in the 50s. The small 5 watt amp in combination with a classic Fender Telecaster produces a warm and crunchy sound that can be heard on many recordings of the "Golden 50s". You never can get this unique sound with modern equipment!

The Fender Custom Shop took this as an opportunity to create a very special and strictly limited edition of this setup for his 30th anniversary. To emphasize the close connection between guitar and amp, both parts have been given the same black finish. In addition, a Journeyman Relic Aging emphasizes the close connection of both parts! Wow, that's really cool! Absolutely unique!

And the guys from the Fender Custom Shop topped the whole thing: The hand-wired Champ has a powerful Celestion G10 Greenback instead of the normally used 8" speaker, which provides a pleasantly open and crisp sound. Well done, boys!

To honor the peculiarity of this dream combination, the Telecaster was given a 30th anniversary headstock and neckplate and the Champ a neat Custom Shop metal emblem. You can't get more! Unless ... you prefer the color white? We can help you! Just look ahead at the Guitar Place websites: The Fender Custom Shop Telecaster 1959 & Champ 1X10 "Journeyman Relic" AGED WHITE". Tele and Champ will appear here as "White Jewels". And of course they are sounding just as good!
