Ultimate heavy sounds
This violet monster is a brute working tool for uncompromising rockers! Just awesome, but absolutely straightforward and consistent! Even the pickups indicate that this is a Strat for the hard rockers among musicians. The EVH Zebra humbucker on the bridge is one of the best that can be used for hard and uncompromising rock sounds. Eddie Van Halen, who died in October 2020, would have enjoyed it. But this Strat can also be different: it's a real Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde beast, which in switch position 1-4 produce wonderful pearly Strat sounds using its two Texas Special single-coil pickups. In addition, this Strat has been equipped with a special treble bleed circuit that effectively prevents treble losses when turning down the volume. Oh yeah! Lightweight and made for fast solo licks
A body made of "sorted for lightweight" ash makes this Strat an absolute lightweight. The connection to the neck is made by a so-called "contured neck heel", which ensures a comfortable access to the fingerboard. The neck and fingerboard are made of high quality maple wood and have comfortable 6105 Narrow Tall frets. At the end of the fingerboard, the frets have been specially straightened to ensure optimal access to the highest positions of the fingerboard. The playability in this combination is just a dream and made for playing fast solo licks in the high registers of the fingerboard! Finally, the "real worn & dirty" neck back contributes to the overall picture, as it creates direct contact between the grip hand and the wood, which ensures an extremely pleasant feel right from the first contact. And if you are an avid reader of interviews with Eddie, you know that the installed vintage-style tremolo can be given amazing tuning stability with a few tricks!
