This authentic 1963 Jazzmaster reissue was born from the high standards the Custom Shop team sets for itself. Only top-tier materials were selected: a lightweight, hand-picked two-piece alder body, a premium maple neck, and a dark rosewood fretboard. A comfortable '60s Jazzmaster "Oval C" neck profile, a 9.5" fretboard radius, and "Flat Magnet" single-coil Jazzmaster pickups round out the cohesive package. These specialized pickups deliver a classic Jazzmaster tone characterized by clarity and transparency, while simultaneously offering plenty of warmth and fullness—a sound that rivals the very best vintage originals.
