Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 1964 HREL LPB MB Greg Fessler

Exactly the same model was built for us by Vince Van Trigt a while ago - a '64 Strat with a round lam fingerboard in Lake Placid Blue! A fantastic guitar whose specs we've taken right here! This includes 3 perfectly matched single coils (a "Texas Special" on bridge-position, a "Fat 60's" reversed wound in the middle and a "69 Strat" in the neck position), staggered tuner for optimal tuning stability when using the tremolo and a neck that simply feels fantastic: the subtle V-profile nestles comfortably in the gripping hand and the pleasant 12" radius of the fretboard makes bendings a pleasure. What the Fender Custom Shop also implemented excellently at our request: the fret ends are dressed relatively straight and the result is significantly more space for the two E strings in bends/vibratos.
