Here is a 69 Stratocaster with some really nice features! The body (sorted for lightweight) is painted on front and back in "pink paisley". The Relic finish goes great with it. The neck is "really worn & dirty" and the headstock also looks like it has been through a lot. 6105 fretwire had to be easy. We had the fret ends straightened to give the high e-string more space for vibratos and bendings. It feels wonderful and works well with the 1969 "U" neck profile. The "Vintage Staggered" tuners together with the omission of the string retainer increase the tuning stability immensely and make this beauty a real player! Okay, then we didn't want to do without the hand-wound 69er single coils (Middle PU reversed wound) either.
