At first glance, the headstock, which is actually known from the Fender Stratocaster, appears very unusual about this Telecaster. In fact, this unusual combination was produced as the "Fender Telecaster Deluxe" between 1972 and 1981. As a 'top-of-the-line' model, it was intended to appeal to the harder fraction of rock musicians who wanted a solid rock sound with moderate weight. For this reason, the Telecaster Deluxe has been given two powerful wide range humbuckers, which have a pleasantly warm clean sound, but deliver solid Rock power in medium and high-gain modes.
Following the spirit of the old originals from the 70s, this Fender Telecaster 70s Deluxe from the Vintera series has been recreated as authentically as possible. The revoiced Wide Range Pickups come damn close to the sound of the old originals and produce a punchy, powerful tone with lots of sustain! Made for driving riffs and powerful rhythm sounds as well as singing solos. Just made for 70s & 80s Rock, it is also a good choice for Grunge, Alternative and Indie rock. The excellent sound of the Fender Telecaster 70s Deluxe is rounded off by a matching outfit in the color "Olympic White", which, through its subtle "road worn" aging, gives the authentic impression of a guitar that has been used for many years in the studio and live.
Fender guitars from the Vintera series are made in Mexico and guarantee a high quality standard.
