While searching for a truly cool design idea for a G6128, Gretsch Masterbuilder Gonzalo Madrigal suggested a pink paisley finish. He had built something similar some time ago for a well-known US artist and sent us some pictures. The decision was easy, and Gonzalo built us the G6128 pictured here as a '56 model with TV Jones T-Armond pickups. His colleague Chad Henrichsen, known for his wonderful aging work, contributed the '59 version with TV Jones Ful Fidelity Filter'Trons in a relic finish. The look and sound of these Gretsch Custom Shop guitars are simply fantastic!
