Orianthi Panagari's impressive career has brought her together with fellow musicians such as Alice Cooper, Steve Vai, Richie Sambora, Santana and many other artists. From the early days, Orianthi has almost exclusively used Paul Reed Smith instruments. Now it was time to build her a signature instrument. The Private Stock Orianthi is not limited in terms of quantities, but can only be ordered until the end of 2022.
Always a fan of the Custom 24, PRS made an instrument for Orianthi for the first time in 2017 with some special details that she requested. The Private Stock Limited Edition is based on this 2017 model and retains specifications such as the flamed 2-piece top, mahogany body, 24 frets, 25" scale and mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and pattern thin profile. The fingerboard is decorated with a "Lotos Vine" inlay and the instrument has been finished in "Blooming Lotus Glow". The 2-pc. Flame Top got a special shaping that should ensure more playing comfort. On the other hand, there are no surprises when it comes to the electronics - two 85/15 humbuckers from PRS, a volume and tone control and the 5-way blade switch are the tried and tested standard.
