Duesenberg Julietta Catalina Black

Description

The Rickenbacker 325C64 is one of those legendary guitars that made music history! Who knows where the Rickenbacker Company would be today if F. C. Hall, then President of Rickenbacker, had not equipped the Beatles with brand new Rickenbacker guitars in 1964. For George a newly developed 12-string 360/12 in a Fireglo finish, for John a 325C64 in Jetglo. Just in time for the Beatles' appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show, where 70 million excited Americans saw them.

This outstanding Rickenbacker 325C64 from 1994 is an exact replica of the 1964 model that John Lennon used for his rhythm work on the three albums "A hard day’s night", "Beatles for sale" and "Help!". This distinctive Rickenbacker tone shaped the guitar sound of the early Beatles in a decisive way. Everything here matches the original – from the slightly shorter scale length that Lennon preferred to the classic vintage single coil toaster pickups and the Accent vibrato system. With the mix control developed by Rickenbacker, interesting sound variations can also be conjured up in the middle position. Plug in an amp and off you go with songs like "Can't buy me love", "A hard day's night" or "Help". Beatles sound in its purest form!

This vintage jewel is for sale on behalf of the customer. A unique opportunity for collectors and Rickenbacker fans to acquire an absolutely original and untouched piece of guitar history with the original Rickenbacker case that goes with it! This 1994 Rickenbacker 325C64 was checked, freshly strung and perfectly adjusted by our luthier!
