Fender Custom Shop Esquire 1951 MB Dale Wilson Heavy Relic 2-Tone Sunburst

If there is such a hype surrounding Dale Wilson's instruments that Fender has stopped accepting orders since 2022 (the delivery time at that point was more than 7 years!), then it is certainly not because this man is selling himself particularly well. Dale is more of a “normal” and reserved type. However, his guitars are anything but normal. More like something that falls between art and masterpiece of guitar making. Just like the Esquire shown here, which mercilessly captivates you from the first moment. Haptics, vibration behavior, sound, aging... with each of these terms, a very specific word inevitably comes to mind: Perfect! The sound is extremely lively and dynamic, the neck feels wonderful. It's hard to imagine how a Esquire could be made any better.
