Daniel's S-MD is the smallest design in the portfolio. It is similar to a Martin 00 shape and offers great comfort and a defined sound. The walnut and spruce wood used here creates a very clear sound with striking highs and balanced basses. The response and selectivity are exceptional. The neck made of old mahogany is excellent to use and feels very natural due to the open-pore finish. Highlights of this instrument are the inlay work in the head plate, as well as the endgraft and sound hole rosette. The fingerboard and bridge are made from old African wenge. The perfect instrument for fingerstyle or as a lead guitar in a band structure.
