Here's a very special Gibson J-45 12 Fret from the Custom Shop in Montana! This guitar conforms to the specifications of the popular Keb Mo signature model. Only the tuners are 3-one-a-plate vintage-style tuners. Otherwise, it has many interesting specs! When you first play it, two things immediately stand out. First, the neck is quite wide at just under 46mm and has a strong V-profile. Fans of thick necks with more room for the fingers will be pleased! Sonically, it sets itself apart from a standard J-45. The combination of a 12-fret construction, slightly longer scale length, and reduced body depth creates more sonic depth and warmth while also increasing comfort. It nestles beautifully against the body, and you can feel the great resonance even with a soft touch. An instrument that is particularly impressive for fingerpicking and, of course, also leaves no eye dry when playing blues. This special instrument comes with an LR Baggs VTC pickup and a brown hardshell case!
