2022 Gibson Hummingbird Original HCS

Since its debut in 1960, the Gibson Hummingbird has been one of the most unmistakable acoustic guitars out there. Its legendary status is no accident. The large dreadnought body made of spruce and mahogany delivers a unique sound experience and combines power and sensitivity. Well-known guitarists like Keith Richards, Jimmy Page or Gram Parsons also appreciated that! Fast chord changes and country riffs can be played just as easy as flat and finger picking. Just a real all-rounder. Thanks to its size, it can also assert itself wonderfully without amplification and effortlessly fills a small concert hall with its sound. The Gibson Hummingbird Original in Heritage Cherry Sunburst is equipped with the characteristic pickguard and vintage-inspired Gotoh Keystone tuners in gold. The proven LR Baggs Element VTC system transmits the acoustic sound very naturally and is reduced to the essentials with a volume and tone control. A high-quality case and a Gibson Accessory Kit are of course included with this high-quality instrument!

The model shown here was built in 2022, sold by us in spring 2023 and now traded in by its owner. It is in well-maintained condition. Checked, re-strung and perfectly adjusted by our guitar maker!
