The Martin D-30 Custom Shop is essentially based on the D-28. The biggest difference to the production model is that this instrument was manufactured in the Martin Custom Shop. Here you can go even deeper into the individual instrument and precisely coordinate key components such as the top bracing. Sitka spruce was chosen as the top wood, which gives the instrument a nice shimmering tone and lots of volume. Visual features of a Style 30 guitar are the colored ornaments and the rosette made of abalone. An all-round successful instrument that is ideal for powerful flatpicking and strumming!
