Taylor 722ce Koa

Here is the new Taylor 722ce Koa 2022! Taylor has completely redesigned the 700 series and so the new 722ce is built from Hawaiian koa instead of spruce and rosewood. This not only looks incredibly chic, but also produces a unique sound. Crisp highs meet defined and warm basses and a complex overtone spectrum. The response is very easy and the tone can therefore unfold without much effort. The Grand Concert body ensures very good string separation, balance and high playing comfort. The koa top also contributes significantly to the versatile character of the instrument, as it wants to be set in motion with a rather light touch.
The tasteful abalone inlays in the rosette, fretboard and headstock give the new Taylor 722ce a noble look and form a beautiful contrast to the earthy colors of the Hawaiian koa and the ultra-thin matte finish. Wood binding made of East Indian rosewood adorns the body edges. The pickguard made of dark stained maple fits nicely into the overall look. An ES2 pickup system for a natural live sound and a high-quality hardshell case are of course included!
