Here we present you the Gibson 1942 Banner J-45 in Vintage Sunburst! An exact replica of the "Holy Grail" of the J-45 model! These models are built with a lot of passion by the guitar makers in Montana. Great importance is attached to authenticity. The top is made of thermally modified Adirondack spruce and the bracing is processed with hot hide glue. This guarantees a well played-in sound character with easy response and clarity. The mahogany on the back and sides ensure a warm and woody sound. The bridge is traditionally rectangular and provided with a long cut-through bone saddle. The bridge pins are also made from bone and support the authentic sound. The paintwork is based on the sunburst finish of that time. As a further highlight, the Gibson 1942 Banner J-45 is delivered in a vintage-correct case!
