Telecaster

In 1950 Leo Fender laid the foundation for the first electric solid body guitar with his newly developed "Broadcaster". After some irritations and confusions in the naming, the "Broadcaster" briefly became the "Nocaster" and a little later the legendary Fender Telecaster, which is still at home on all stages of the world. In almost 70 years the "Tele", as it is usually called, has become one of the most frequently used guitars in all areas of music history. Country cowboys like to pick it up just as much as Bluesmen or the guys from the Rock faction. This shows once again how universally applicable this practical guitar is – an "all-purpose weapon for all occasions" so to say.
