Hanika New Century Custom

Based on the Concert line NEW CENTURY Lattice, we had this Hanika Custom built with a domed and Torres-braced spruce top. The back and sides are made of beautiful rosewood. A special feature of the instrument is the elevated fingerboard. This creates easier access to the upper registers of the fretboard without a cutaway. It also drastically changes the neck angle, causing the strings to pull on the top at a negative angle. The result is a warm, round and full sound with an easy response. The additional monitor sound hole provides the player with genuine feedback from the instrument. In order to make playing comfort more modern, the fingerboard was manufactured with a subtle 30" radius. The high-quality Hiscox hardshell case ensures safe transport!
