These 60's Telecaster Customs with their "double bound" body are simply great looking guitars! This is also a fact with this very classic-looking black model with a relic finish. Which neck shape do you choose for such a Telecaster? Sure, the "60 Style Oval C" fits here like a glove. The Medium Vintage / 47095 is the ideal compromise between a pure vintage fret wire and the 6105 Narrow Tall for this guitar. The same applies to the moderate 9.5" fretboard radius. When it comes to wood for the neck, we keep coming back to the "Rift Sawn" variant because of its pronounced stiffness, and together with the lightweight body made of selected alder and the grandiose workmanship, the best prerequisites for a powerful and concise tele tone arise. A set of hand-wound "Twisted Tele" pickups ensure perfect transmission to the amp.
