Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 1955 Heavy Relic 2-Tone SB R133136

This 55 Reissue Stratocaster really has it all ! Visually, this Fender is reminiscent of the very early Strat models: the body made of selected premium ash owns a beautiful Heavy Relic aging and is equipped with a gold anodized pickguard. The 1-piece Rif Sawn Maple Neck with 57 Style Soft "V" profile has the flat 12" radius and 6105 medium jumbo frets. It's no coincidence that this is reminiscent of Eric Johnson's famous 55 Strat. Likewise the idea to give up the string trees to optimize tuning stability. Thanks to the vintage staggered tuner, the necessary pressure in the saddle is guaranteed and the result is convincing across the board! Even with intensive tremolo use, this beast stays in excellent tune!

So all the prerequisites are in place to enjoy gaming at a very high level. The carefully put together electrics are no spoilsport. The pu's are 3 pieces of "Handwound Strat Master Design LTD Single Coils" with an output of 6.18 kOhm (Neck), 6.12 kOhm (Middle) and 6.20 kOhm (Bridge). They sound wonderfully throaty and smacking and thus perfectly support the fantastic basic sound of this Strat! First class guitar!
