The Stratocasters from the very first year 1954 are only reissued by Fender on the occasion of special anniversaries. This model shown here still made it into the Fender Custom Shop range as a limited edition in 2022. The neck profile is called "54 Strat Soft V" and with 0.850" on the first fret and 0.980" on the twelfth fret it is quite close to the dimensions of the "57 Style Soft V". The exclusive finish chosen for this model is a "Wide Fade Chocolate 2-Tone Sunburst", the pickups are hand-wound Fat 50s.
