#Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 1962 Relic Chocolate 3-Tone SB - Pre Owned!

This Strat comes from its first owner. It was built in December 2016, sold by us 1 year later and has now been traded in again. A pure living room instrument in very good condition and without any visible signs of wear. The Roasted Maple Neck with Large C - Profile has the Round-Lam Rosewood fretboard of the late '62 Stratocasters. Also Roasted is the alder body ("Sorted for Lightweight"), which is finished in "Chocolate 3-Tone Sunburst". This Strat is completely in original condition. The hand-wound single coils were already provided with a "modern wiring" and tone saver at the factory.
Played without amplifier, this Strat produces a clear, open and differentiated tone. Each note sounds clean and even with a remarkably long sustain, deadspots are not detectable. This clean basic sound is excellently supported by the hand-wound single coils with their bell-like tone and not too high power (4.95 kOhm to 5.95 kOhm).
