Andreas Dill Custom SJ 12-String - Pre Owned

This special 12-string was created by master luthier Andreas Dill in his workshop in Weingarten, Germany. The instrument was purchased directly from the guitar maker in the late 1990s and is in good condition. The first thing that catches the eye is the native woods. The top is made of high quality alpine spruce, the back and sides of plum wood. The hard wood is also used on the fingerboard and bridge. All edge work is made of pear and fine purfling lines. The maple neck is quite wide and offers enough space for the 12 strings. Another special feature is the Spanish construction, which is normally used in classic guitar building, as well as the extremely strongly curved top and back. This allows the builder to thinly work out the material, making this instrument extremely light! The very good response and volume are also result of that! The instrument is delivered in a high quality case!
