Description
The innovative Acoustasonic Stratocaster was presented 1 year after the Acoustasonic Tele at NAMM 2020. It also offers a familiar feel and playability, which makes switching easy for the electric guitarist. Compared to the Acoustasonic Telecaster, the sounds have been completely re-tuned. So this Strat offers an interesting alternative in terms of appearance and sound!
The design remained basically the same, since Fender had no reason to change anything after the resounding success of the Acoustasonic Tele. This guitar still excites with fantastic acoustic sounds and, if necessary, with very good electric guitar sounds.
The pickup system developed by Fender and Fishman consists of the Fishman Matrix Narrow Piezo, a Fishman Acoustic Enhancer Body Sensor and a Fender Noiseless Single Coil. Operated alone or in combination, ten different voicings are available via 5-way switching and panorama controls. You can vary between different acoustic sounds up to electric guitar sounds.
