The legendary D-45 is the pinnacle of the Martin Standard Series. This instrument has inlays made from the finest abalone material, which have been meticulously handcrafted. The premium tonewoods are also carefully selected by hand and of outstanding quality. To bring the sound of the guitar to its full potential, the guitar features a so called forward shifted X-Bracing. This leads to a better resonance of the top. For the vintage charme Martin choosed gold, open-gear tuners and an aging toner top. The Martin D-45 was first choice for legends like Gene Autry and Neil Young and shaped the guitarsound of generations!
