Taylor Builders Edition 814ce LTD 50th Anniversary

The 50th Anniversary Builder's Edition 814ce LTD presents one of the most important models in the Taylor range with a whole range of additional and interesting features. The back and sides are made of Indian rosewood, paired with a sinker redwood top. Rosewood's rich bass, sparkling highs, and lush overtones complement the cedar-like warmth of the redwood top. All of this is excellently presented in terms of sound by Taylor's own V-Class bracing! Like the standard model from the Builder's Edition, this model also features an armrest, a beveled cutaway, rounded edges and a curve wing bridge for the best playing comfort. The limited edition features a gold-colored mother-of-pearl headstock logo and matching element inlays, maple inlays around the fingerboard and headstock, a green abalone rosette, high-quality Gotoh 510 tuners and ebony sticks with gold acrylic dots. This top-of-the-line Grand Auditorium features a Kona Edgeburst finish and high-gloss lacquer and carries a special 50th anniversary label. Production is limited to 1,974 guitars worldwide.
