Martin 000-28 Brooke Ligertwood

The platinum recording artist Brooke Ligertwood - especially known in German-speaking countries for the song "Something in the Water" from 2011 - has developed her own signature model in cooperation with Martin. It's based on her favorite Martin Custom Artist models, Eric Clapton and Paul Simon's. In terms of feel and sound, it is very similar to the Claption model. The top was treated with the VTS system (Vintage Tone System), which gives it a well-played sound character. Thus the instrument sounds very warm, open and balanced. The Soft V neck profile is comfortable to play on. The artist has immortalized herself with her signature on the 20th fret on the fretboard. The headstock is decorated with an inlay in the form of a wreath. Other visual highlights are the bindings made of European maple and the black bridge pins with abalone dots.
