This Taylor Custom Shop was also made as a limited edition for the NAMM Show 2024. The special finish immediately catches the eye. The "Ombre Blue Full-Body and Neck Color Treatment" creates a beautiful color gradient that is reminiscent of the beaches and the sea of California. Urban Ash, which also grows there, was used for the body. This theme is thus perfectly taken up. Even though Urban Ash is now known from some Taylor models, it is a novelty to use it as a top wood. Urban Ash produces a full sound, with warm basses, punchy mids and clear highs. A wonderfully versatile tone that can be used in many styles!
Other visual highlights are the color-matching abalone inlays in the fingerboard, head logo and rosette. High-quality Gotoh 510 Antique Gold tuners ensure buttery smooth and precise tuning. Bridge pins made of brass with purple dots were also used to match the overall look. Visually, everything looks very harmonious.
Last but not least, the proven Taylor Expression System 2 is installed, including the Taylor Sense, which can be controlled via app. A brown Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Case is included!
